Terms of Service — Hi Ha Quu Studio

1. The Service

Hi Ha Quu Studio provides an AI tool that transforms uploaded jewelry product photos into model photoshoot images. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & Credits

Image generation consumes credits. Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Razorpay) and are non-transferable. A failed generation is automatically refunded the credit used.

3. Acceptable Use

You must own or have rights to the jewelry images you upload. You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or explicit content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to bypass credit/rate limits.

4. Content & Ownership

You retain rights to images you upload. Subject to payment, you may use the generated images for your commercial purposes. Generated images are AI-produced and provided “as is”.

5. Liability

The service is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
