Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credits
Credit packs are digital goods delivered instantly on successful payment. Because credits can be used immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once any credit in the pack has been used.
Failed Generations
If an image generation fails, the credit consumed is automatically refunded to your balance. You are never charged a credit for a failed result.
Billing Errors
If you were charged but did not receive credits (e.g. a payment that did not reconcile), contact us with your payment ID and we will resolve it, including a full refund where applicable.
Requesting a Refund
Email us via contact within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay.
